5.Order Method:
"a. If you find the products you want to buy listed on our website, you can place the order through our website or send us your order requests by e-mail.You are asked to make a note of delivery location,this calculates your local delivery charges based on the weights or volumes of your order.
b. If you can't find your favorite items, you can send us your images with detailed requests via e-mail info@cnartstreet.com for the prices. We will reply to you within 48hours,which will contain all relevant information of your order. If you should not get feedback from us,please do feel free to contact us, we will reply to you immediately."

7.Manufacture Period
It takes about 2-3weeks for normal orders, longer times requested if it is a large order or complicated paintings.
8.Inspection
All paintings will be inspected by experienced artists.As soon as finished,we will take digital photos for your approval before delivery.
9.Packing
" For unframed or unstretched paintings,We will use plastic sheets to cover the paintings, and then roll them around a tube, and protected by PP bag and carboard.
For framed or stretched paintings, we will put them in master cartoon."
10.Delivery Method
"a. For small quantity unframed or unstretched paintings, we suggest to ship by express such as FedEx,UPS,DHL,TNT ect. It takes about 4-5 days from China to most of other countries.
b.For framed or stretched or large quantity paintings, we suggest to ship by normal airshipment or by sea."
11.Breakages
Every Care is taken that breakage does not occur in transit. Should merchandise arrive broken, proof of breakage must be supplied (i.e. photograph or small piece of item). Letters describing breakages will not suffice and are unacceptable for replacement purposes. Enclose an invoice or invoice number.
